About this apartment rental

Great apartment on the first floor of a former coach house in Berlin-Weißensee, on the border with Prenzlauer Berg; partially accessible. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and an open-concept kitchen and living area. Supermarkets, restaurants, and doctors’ offices are located nearby. Within walking distance is a small park with playgrounds and a swimming lake with a beach.
Free street parking.
Good public transportation connections; just under 15 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz.
A 5% city tax is payable upon arrival
Pets: €15 per pet per day, payable upon arrival
