The mobile home is located in the Cesenatico Holiday Park (near Rimini) on the Adriatic coast and borders directly on the beautiful sandy beach. This vacation village offers, among other things, a pool, entertainment, a kids’ club, a restaurant, a pizzeria, its own supermarket, a playground, a doctor’s office, a hair salon, a wellness center, and many sports facilities (tennis, soccer, etc.), as well as a wide sandy beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas—ensuring a perfect vacation with your family. The charming historic district with its canal is just 1.5 km away. Just a few kilometers away, you can also reach well-known destinations such as Rimini, Riccione, or one of the famous amusement parks along the Adriatic coast (Mirabilandia, Aquafun, Italia in Miniatura, Fiabilandia, Oltremare, Le Navi). For art lovers, the art cities of Ravenna (with its basilicas and dazzling Byzantine mosaics), Faenza (with its inimitable ceramics at the International Ceramics Museum), and the world-famous Republic of San Marino are all just a few minutes away. The flat terrain also makes the region ideal for bike tours.
The Riviera mobile home, which accommodates up to 6 people, features a bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with two single beds. The living room features a well-equipped kitchen (pans, dishes, silverware) and satellite TV. The sofa in the living room can be easily converted into a double bed if needed. The mobile home has a bathroom with a shower stall and sink. The toilet is separate. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. A crib and high chairs are also available (please reserve when booking). Air conditioning is available; barbecuing is permitted; travel time from the Italian border is approx. 3.5 hours. Upon request, half-board or full-board can also be booked on-site. Note: If you need more than one accommodation unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates, as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The vacation park is located directly next to the sandy beach, making it ideal for families with children. The wide, gently sloping sandy beach also makes swimming very pleasant. There are restrooms and showers on the beach. Restaurants, bars, and gelaterias are available for snacks and light meals. In addition to a large public sandy beach, you can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas.
POOL
Cesenatico Village offers three fantastic swimming pools: a large pool, a medium-sized pool, and a children’s pool for our youngest guests. We also offer two hot tubs. With refreshing essences and adjustable jet pressure, relaxing after an eventful day will be a true pleasure. Refreshing drinks, ice cream, and delicious snacks await you at the kiosk. The swimming pools are open daily from late May through early September
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The motivated and well-trained team at the Mini Club takes care of children ages 3 and up. For adults, the day can begin with gentle exercise on the beach. Sports tournaments and board games on the beach are always a treat. In the evening, you can look forward to cabaret, music, and group dancing, among other things. In case of bad weather, the events will, of course, take place in our covered open-air
