To ensure that our younger guests aren’t left out, the complex features a mini-club and baby club, as well as a playground where they can let off steam. A beautiful pool area with a unique panoramic view and a separate children’s pool rounds out the amenities. Guests also have access to a coin-operated washing machine and a shared dryer in the residence.
The beautiful 55-square-meter three-room “Trilo” apartment accommodates up to 6 people (including babies) and is located on either the first floor or the first floor, depending on availability. The apartment features a bedroom furnished with two single beds pushed together, as well as a children’s room with two single beds or a bunk bed (depending on allocation). If needed, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area provides two additional sleeping spots. The well-equipped kitchenette features a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a traditional Italian espresso pot, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom features a sink, a bidet, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a shower. Depending on the assignment, the accommodation features a furnished balcony or a terrace. Both invite you to relax and unwind together while the children can play by the pool and make new friends. The drive from the Italian border takes about 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
