This southeastern rear half of a historic Frisian house, which underwent a complete renovation in 2019 and features low ceiling beams (beam height 1.95 m and ceiling height 2.16 m), measures approximately 110 m² and is located near the Wadden Sea. This lovingly and very tastefully furnished apartment offers space for two to four people to relax. It is equipped with amenities such as a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a washer-dryer. The property also includes a parking space.

Living/dining area: Living room with a high-quality couch, separate reading nook with two cozy wingback chairs, adjoining dining area with a long wooden table and six leather chairs with TV
Terrace: Patio with a beach chair in the garden; the beach chair is available from approximately April through October.
