Integrated luxury kitchen with a BORA induction cooktop, large refrigerator with ice maker, small wine cooler, and Nespresso machine. Combination microwave, oven, and steam cooker. Very well-equipped kitchen. Small entryway with guest restroom. Very beautiful terrace area with high-quality patio furniture and a beach chair (approx. April–October). A shaded spot for sunbathing and a south-facing garden landscaped with great attention to detail.
Basement:
Very nice wellness area with a large, glass-fronted sauna, XXL shower, and restroom. Two tastefully decorated rooms, each with a double box-spring bed (approx. 1.8 x 2 m) and a flat-screen TV. Small laundry room with a washer and dryer.
