About this apartment rental
A comfortable two-room apartment, perfect for 4 guests, located in a central, flat area on one of Sanremo’s main streets. The casino, traditional restaurants, bike path, shopping streets, and all amenities and parking are within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The ideal place to explore the City of Flowers!
The Space
This approximately 43-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a 4-story building from the 1970s. Please note that there is an elevator, but it stops on a different floor; there are 14 steps to reach it and 10 steps down to reach the apartment.
The interior layout is as follows:
- KITCHEN with stovetop, refrigerator, electric oven, electric kettle, moka pot, and various kitchen utensils
- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed and TV
- BEDROOM equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe
- BATHROOM equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- COVERED TERRACE furnished with a table and chairs. The view is not panoramic but opens onto the square; in the distance, you can see the Pigna, Sanremo’s historic center.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, 2 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

7 days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Sanremo, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person and will be collected in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Imperia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
