The location is very good. It is central and has a lot of sightseeing points around. We could walk back to the apartment in 15/20 min from wherever we were.
The apartment is nice. It is spacious.
Had tea, coffee good amenities. The bed was okay.
Value for price was definitely met.
The apartment is above a street with bars, so it was noisy at night. Also you could hear the neighboring apartment a lot.
Maybe just a little more attention to detail would make the place great, like iron for clothes, and to be careful with the towels as they smelled like they have been staying in a drawer for a long time without washing.
If these details would be fixed, i think the apartment is with great value.

Zentrale Lage; trotz nächtlichem Lärm konnte man mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Klimaanlage gut schlafen
Nachts extrem laut, egal welcher Wochentag, da dort die Disco 365 direkt an der Ecke ist

Decent layout with a nice balcony over a bustling street. Excellent location for exploring.
There is a nightclub on the ground floor and there is very loud street noise until 5 or 6 in the morning. We were obliged to wear earplugs to block out the noise because otherwise sleep is impossible.
