Very disappointing experience — dirty apartment, poor hygiene, and unprofessional hosts.
This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The apartment was extremely dirty from the very first day — there were problems with the bathroom water, dirt everywhere, and the bedsheets and cleaning were not done even once during our 5-day stay.
We reported all of these issues on the very first day, and we were promised that a cleaning team would come the next day and that everything would be fixed. Nothing happened. No one came, nothing was cleaned, and the conditions remained unacceptable until the end of our stay.
I have clear evidence and photos showing the real condition of the apartment and the complete lack of concern from the hosts. It is unacceptable to pay for such conditions.
I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend anyone to rent this apartment. Absolutely no professionalism, hygiene, or respect for guests.
Extremely dirty apartment, problems with the bathroom water, no cleaning during our 5-day stay, and the hosts did not keep their promises to fix the issues despite being informed from day one.

Disappointing
Location
We stayed in this flat from 2–8 June and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While the location is undeniably convenient, that’s where the positives end.
On the second day of our stay (3 June), we contacted the property management about a few maintenance issues — the toilet leaking clean water every time it’s flushed, a shower curtain that’s too short to keep water inside the shower (causing the bathroom to flood daily), ants in the bathroom, mould on the ceiling, and a broken garden chair on the balcony. We sent a detailed message with all this information and even spoke to someone in the on-site office in person, who said they’d report it.
Despite that, we received zero follow-up — not even a basic acknowledgment. We checked out today and emailed again to express our frustration, especially after being completely ignored both online and in person. It felt very disrespectful and dismissive.
The flat itself is a bit outdated, which we didn’t mind — but basic upkeep is clearly lacking. The shower curtain was visibly dirty, the ceiling above the window has mould and peeling paint, and the bathroom felt unhygienic due to the water leaks and insect presence. None of the issues we raised were emergencies, but they seriously affected our comfort. We were on holiday, and having to mop the floor after every toilet flush or shower wasn’t acceptable.
Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this property, mainly due to the lack of responsiveness and poor maintenance. It’s a shame because the location has potential, but the experience left us disappointed.

To był zdecydowanie jeden z najgorszych pobytów, jakie kiedykolwiek miałyśmy. Przyjechałyśmy na Maltę na wakacje, żeby odpocząć, a zamiast tego zostałyśmy z brudnym, zaniedbanym apartamentem, niesprawnym wyposażeniem i — co najważniejsze — problemem, który bezpośrednio dotyczył naszego bezpieczeństwa.
Od momentu wejścia do apartamentu było jasne, że nie został on właściwie przygotowany na nasz przyjazd.
Apartament był po prostu brudny. W szafie znalazłyśmy zużyte ręczniki pozostawione po poprzednich gościach. W kuchni szafki były brudne i panował w nich bałagan, a szafka ze sztućcami również wyglądała tak, jakby nikt nawet nie sprawdził jej przed naszym przyjazdem. W łazience wisiała stara gąbka po poprzednich osobach.
To nie jest kwestia „niskiego standardu”. To jest kwestia braku podstawowego sprzątania przed przyjęciem kolejnych gości.
Nie było papieru toaletowego ani zestawu kosmetyków, mimo że takie wyposażenie było przedstawione w ofercie na Bookingu. Później, kiedy skończył się papier, ponownie musiałyśmy prosić się o jego uzupełnienie.
Roleta również była uszkodzona — urwany sznurek uniemożliwiał jej normalne podnoszenie, więc przez cały pobyt pozostawała rozłożona.
Ale najgorsze miało dopiero nadejść.

To jest problem, którego absolutnie nie powinno się bagatelizować. Nie chodziło o niedziałającą lampkę czy telewizor. Chodziło o drzwi, które miały zapewniać nam bezpieczeństwo, a nie spełniały swojej podstawowej funkcji.
Przez cały pobyt nie mogłyśmy normalnie zabezpieczyć apartamentu. W praktyce ktoś znajdujący się na zewnątrz mógł dostać się do środka. Dwie młode kobiety, które wynajmują apartament na wakacje, zostały postawione w sytuacji, w której przez cały czas zastanawiały się, czy ktoś może wejść do środka.
Nie czułyśmy się bezpiecznie we własnym miejscu noclegowym.Miałyśmy w głowie możliwość kradzieży, włamania czy nawet tego, że ktoś może wejść do apartamentu, kiedy będziemy spały.
