The apartment features a modern living and dining room with direct access to the southwest-facing terrace. The living and dining room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a dining area for 4 people, and a living room cabinet. A flat-screen TV and a soundbar are available here.
The adjacent, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small 3-star freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
The two bedrooms are located in the basement. They have tile floors. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), two nightstands, and two wardrobes. The window is fitted with a pleated blind and curtains and can be darkened.
The smaller bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200 cm). The room is tiled, and the window can be darkened with a pleated blind and curtains.
The spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine is also located in the basement area.
