This is a small apartment complex with a total of 5 units. Living/dining room with kitchen area, 2 separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with 2 or 3 single beds. Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, TV, stereo system, travel crib, and high chair. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Utility costs are already included in the final price. A final cleaning fee of 60€ may apply. If you bring pets, an additional 10€ will be charged on top of the final cleaning fee. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019. A laundry package can be ordered for €20 per person.
The new island harbor in Prerow is scheduled to open at the start of the 2024 season. The 720-meter-long bridge will be the longest pier in the Baltic Sea region. Among other things, the new harbor will feature a berth for a 28-meter-long sea rescue cruiser operated by the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS), eight berths for local fishermen, and 33 berths for recreational boats seeking shelter. The future harbor building will also feature a rooftop terrace offering a panoramic view of Prerow Bay and the island harbor.
With the construction of the island harbor in Prerow, ferry service to the Danish island of Møn (Denmark), Rügen, Usedom, and Hiddensee.
