Great place, would stay again!

So spacious and well designed! Location is also great can walk into the centre in 15 mins!

Sometimes the wifi could drop out- but nothing major.

Very nice stay. Would recommend.

Clean and good position close to town center

No WiFi in the room downstairs

A great location and apartment has potential. Disappointing number of issues and none were resolved.

Apartment space is generous, and appreciate large bathroom sink and walk in shower. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine. Great that there are no keys involved as door lock is digital.

Internet - wifi. Inadequate. We could not receive or send texts. I could not hold Zoom meetings. We could not Facetime others. The apartment contains a booster in the bedroom, but no router. It transpires this is contained in a garage at the end of the block. Wifi was so bad the television did not stream, and was only viewable through using our mobile phone 4G. Air conditioning - upstairs -the units were on timer and temperature on units was set to a minimum of 24. We wanted the apartment to be cooler, and so set the handset to 16, but the mounted units themselves were set to a minimum of 24. Basement/cellar contains both a wall mounted heater and air conditioning unit. We discovered the heating could not be turned off. The cellar was a damp space and areas of the brickwork contained black mould spores. The solution to a heated cellar was according to the host was to switch on the air conditioning. Really a health concern here. Washing machine contained underwear from previous guests. Instructions given on recycling were useful, but no recycling bags were provided. Expectation to wash all crockery, for which there is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher machine detergent provided. The apartment was rented as having a double bed and fold out bed. Bedlinen was provided only for the double bed and not the sofa bed. This meant there was not the option to sleep downstairs in the quieter space provided - not that we would given the climate and mould present. Booking.com confirmation stated all taxes and charges were included. This was not the case. Once booked a cleaning charge was added, and we were required to pay city/tourist tax. Purposely misleading?

Very nice, we were positively surprised.

Liked that there was airconition in all the rooms, good facilities like dishwasher and a modern washing machine. Also the shower was very nice.

Bad wifi connectivity. No reason for the router to be in the bedroom. Gives it zero reach to the rest of the apartment. Like the cellar with the tv. Also there was no frying pan, and the one closest resembling a pan was “broken”.

The bathroom and shower was really amazing.

broken frying pans and not suitable for the induction hobs, we struggled to cooking proper food . Air conditioning not working on the lounge , no first aid kit, downstairs on the canteen there was a terrible smell of mould not ideal for somone asthmatic or other health issues., the appartment have lots of potential , is well designed it need some improvement in order to get positive reviews.
