Nice stay

Nice apartment with plenty of space, modern bathroom with washer. Excellent kitchen. Lots near b including central station across the road with huge shopping centre. Nice local restaurants too.

4pm late check in with no facility to leave bags. Towels could be replaced.

⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE — HIDDEN FEES, IMPOSSIBLE CHECK-IN, NO CLEANING, NO WIFI AND TERRIBLE CONDITION BEWARE: the advertised price is NOT the real price. Our €100 accommodation turned into approximately €280 for one night. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. I strongly recommend reading this review before booking, because there are several serious issues that are not obvious when you make the reservation. 1. THE PROPERTY APPEARS IN SEARCH RESULTS WITH A MISLEADING PRICE The accommodation appears in booking lists as if it were much cheaper than it actually is. However, there is a mandatory cleaning fee that you cannot refuse or opt out of. This effectively makes the real price approximately twice as high as the price that initially attracts customers. What makes this even worse is that the cleaning we were charged for was not actually provided. There is also a separate security deposit. The way these charges are presented is extremely confusing. We reasonably understood the separately listed cleaning charge to be connected with the deposit, especially because the condition of the apartment is supposedly checked in connection with cleaning. The fact that both payments are mandatory should be made absolutely clear before booking. 2. THE CHECK-IN PROCESS IS UNNECESSARILY COMPLICATED AND CONFUSING Even after paying for the accommodation, the mandatory cleaning fee AND the security deposit, we still did not receive the necessary check-in instructions or access code. Instead, guests are expected to search through numerous emails, find a particular message, follow a separate link, complete additional forms and somehow figure out the process themselves. Some of the forms were in Polish, including the questions. Even when we selected English translation, the actual questions remained in Polish. This is particularly unacceptable for international travellers.

Misleading pricing and hidden mandatory fees, extremely complicated check-in, hours of waiting outside despite full payment, around €50 spent on roaming calls to customer support, dirty and smelly apartment, no working Wi-Fi, numerous existing damages, refusal to provide alternative accommodation, and unhelpful, disrespectful communication. The advertised €100 stay ended up costing approximately €280 for one night. Absolutely unacceptable. Would never stay here again!

Perfect for a quick stay

Excellent location, with easy access to transit, shops, & attractions. Clean & compact, with small kitchen including microwave & dishwasher. WiFi was good. Lovely view!

The doors were malfunctioning when we got there, so the code wasn’t working initially (thankfully a key fob is provided for easier access once you get in). Directions to get through multiple keypad secured doors were a little confusing. Make sure you bring your own toiletries, because not a lot is provided on that front.
