About this apartment rental
The Sirenetta apartment is located on the first floor, very convenient for the beach, shops, and walks. It consists of an entryway, a living room with dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with two twin beds, and one bathroom with a small tub, shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.
A spiral staircase leads to the loft, which opens onto the living room and features a double bed, a closet for clothes, and a small room with a sink and bidet.
The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer, and an oven.
All windows are equipped with mosquito screens.
Air conditioning is available in July and August.
Linens are not included in the price; if needed, they cost €20 per person and include a set of sheets and a pillowcase, as well as 1 shower towel, 1 face towel, and 1 bidet towel.
Final cleaning is mandatory and ranges from 30 to 50 € depending on the number of guests and the length of stay.
Upon request, I can provide a parking pass for parking your car in the city center.

Great little apartment in the old town area of Levanto. Decent facilities, very clean and just a few minutes walk from the beach.Its a good base for exploring the Cinque terre - and far less crowded!
