About this apartment rental
We rent our family apartment, located in the resort of Flaine Forêt at 1700m above sea level, in the heart of the Grand Massif. The apartment is in the residence Le Panoramic with heated indoor swimming pool and relaxation area (sauna and hammam), located on the ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the eight-seater chairlift Les Grands Vans, the ESF and the beginners' area. It is on the fifth floor with a balcony, a ski locker and a covered parking space.
The apartment is organized as follows:
- Surface area : 55m²
- Equipped kitchen open to the living room with hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue set...
- 1 bedroom with 180 bed + a bathroom with bath, toilet and hairdryer
- 1 bedroom with two 90 beds
- A mountain corner with two bunk beds
- A living room with pull-out sofa bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
- A balcony
The residence offers the following services:
-Heated indoor swimming pool
-Relaxation area: sauna and hammam
-Underground parking
-Ski room with a private locker

The station:
Located at an altitude of 1700 metres, Flaine offers optimal snow cover. The Grand Massif ski area offers 265 km of slopes and provides access to the resorts of Flaine, Les Carroz, Samoëns, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval.
To reach Flaine Forum, public lifts are at your disposal only 100m from the residence. In the heart of a fully pedestrian village, you will find shops and various useful services for your vacation rental in the mountains.
Opening hours and conditions:
Deposit: €1,000. The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure.
Arrival on Saturday from 3pm.
Departure on Saturday before 10am.
The price includes the provision of sheets and towels as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
Everything is there for an unforgettable ski-in/ski-out holiday!
