Spacious three-room apartment of approximately 75 square meters located on the first floor (no elevator) in a quiet and peaceful setting.
The interior spaces are laid out in a very functional way and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home.
The apartment also features a small balcony that’s particularly enjoyable during the transitional seasons.
High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning make it ideal for those who need to work remotely.

THE SPACE
The entryway leads directly to the living area, furnished with a sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed if needed), a television, and a dining table.
The kitchen is partially open to the living room and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking.
A small hallway leads to the sleeping area, which features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), both with spacious closets, as well as two bathrooms and a washing machine.
The living room sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed if needed.
The windows are double-glazed.
The apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
Three days before your arrival, you will be sent a link to register your documents (required by law).
As soon as registration is complete, you will receive a second link, complete with a video and instructions, allowing you to access the apartment independently via self-check-in.
We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the property.
It is always necessary to submit a request for stays longer than 30 days. If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.
We can also arrange in-person check-ins, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance.
In-person check-ins cost 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Self-check-ins, including late check-ins, are always free of charge.
During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.
Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, if you’re checking in person, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding the time.

The apartment was very well located for getting around Milan with a bus and tram stop directly outside, plus a Metro station within walking distance. It also had an Aldi and a Lidl a short walk away, both of which we used. The only downside to the location was that the area seemed a bit rundown and I would have been nervous with our small children if we were walking back there late at night.
The apartment itself was nice and spacious enough for the 5 of us, with good facilities and some very much appreciated cooking and cleaning freebies that meant we could use the washing machine and dishwasher while we were there. My only minor complaint was the A/C in the main bedroom did not work (it was 37°C when we visited) and when I messaged them on the same number they had used to send me messages about payment I never got any response.
