About this house rental
Magnificent small townhouse from the 30s, independent property, totally renovated in 2023, on the first floor with its garden and private terrace in a quiet area (in the backyard). This 50 m² house benefits from maximum sunshine throughout the day.
Ideal for a romantic stay or for a business trip. It is located 400 meters from the hyper center of Carpentras and easily accessible by bus. It can accommodate 2 people.
Close to all amenities on foot: schools, high schools, shops, transport and public services.

The accommodation
This small air-conditioned house is composed of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a kitchen equipped with a fridge and a coffee machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. Several free parking spaces are available near the accommodation.
The fenced garden located in the backyard not overlooking the street will allow you to store your bicycles, scooters, etc.

You can reach Fontaine de Vaucluse by the Carpentras canal via Pernes les fontaines (very pleasant in all seasons).
Mt Ventoux is 30 km away.
Lake Monteux with private beach, water sports (wave island) and Spirou Park is 5 km away.
