Originally constructed in 1929, this is a historic home within Pebble Beach, built by the legendary Hugh Comstock, who was responsible for giving the Monterey Peninsula much of its architectural character. Fantastic for entertaining both golf executives and families looking to relax. There is a 5 hole putting green, elegant fire pit with antique water feature. Very private and yet steps to 17 Mile Drive and the Pacific Ocean. Four of the six bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings and soft lighting for a relaxing environment to unwind and rest. There are also two Moroccan tile balconies that complement the graciousness of the home. Lastly, a full gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances and seating area for 8-10 guests. Major amenities in Pacific Grove and Carmel within 10 minute drive.

We loved the backyard with the putting green and fire pits. Many of our group took daily walks down to the ocean. Would highly recommend this home particularly for golf groups given its location.

Beautiful, large Spanish-style villa in nice neighborhood, near Spanish Bay. Beds very comfortable and well appointed. Nice putting green and fire-pit in yard. Kitchen and baths all worked well. On the negative side, we found the garbage in the back to be overflowing onto the ground, and the Green Egg barbecue was not prepared to use. I had to clean it out in order to use it.

Family of ten had plenty of room. The gas fireplace, gas fire pit, and putting green were a big hit with our group. The grounds are beautiful. Good location and quiet. Nicely decorated and highly recommend.

The house was in a great location. Very close to Roy’s, Hay’s Place, The Bench and The Tap Room which had fabulous food and view. The highlight was the putting green and the fire pit.

The pictures posted on this site did not disappoint. It was even better. Kids loved having their own “apartment” with the loft. Enough room for everyone, Beds were very comfy, house had everything we needed, the fire pit was perfect on the cool days and nights and a great conversation area, but the hit was the putt putt area. Entertainment for all, 70year olds all the way to 7 year old. It was a great family house! The managers were very attentive to our needs. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed for week with 10 people. Beautiful unique house. Enjoyed the putting green, outside fire, and big green egg grill. Neighborhood is quiet and serene. Easy walk to the beach. Would rent again!

Our family of 11 stayed there in March of 2023. Nick Segal and his team were very responsive to issues we had due to inclement weather and power outages. The kitchen is impressive in size with upgraded appliances. We hung out by the huge fire pit in the back yard. Loved the large oversized windows and skylights..Easy access to whale watching, the Mission, the aquarium and Carmel with it's spectacular beach and shops galore Lots of wonderful restaurants close by. We even attended a cooking class. Best vacation ever...thanks Nick and team for making our week there so very special.

Six ladies who share 60 years of close friendship came together to spend time together in a magnificent location. This is a spacious home with old world charm and modern updates. This home is immaculate and equipped with all a visitor could ask for in a vacation home!

Our group of 12 had an excellent time at this home for a weeklong family gathering. The house is gorgeous. Kitchen was great for cooking large meals, plus there is a Big Green Egg in the backyard. All bedrooms, except one, have their own bathrooms. The backyard is perfect for eating outside and hanging out around the fire. The location is amazing for golfers of course, but there was plenty to do for the non-golfers in our group, as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing property in a beautiful neighbourhood in Monterey. Loved the big kitchen (we easily were able to cater for 16-18 when some friends / family visited), relaxing living spaces, cosy fire in the garden, mini-golf for the kids, comfy, clean & well-sized bedrooms, and sunset views out of the kitchen window. Only small issue was the lack of blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms. Otherwise couldn't recommend this property enough!

This place is the perfect home for a group. It's spacious, has a superb back patio including putting green, ample parking, every appliance you could ask for, fireplaces, and much more. I stayed here with my wedding party & we couldn't have asked for a prettier, cleanlier, or better put together place.
