Bad experience

It was the first time in my life I saw a hotel where guests share bathroom, toilets. I left the property without taking a bath or having a breakfast as I did not expect the share anything with people (guest) I know nothing about. On top of that, it was a bit scary to face such guests in a self-checked old house located in quiet place.

No water supply and no measures to make the stay pleasant

We were warned in advance that there is a problem with the water supply. This was apparently an issue in the whole neighborhood, so it's understandable to some point. However, knowing about the issue i was under the impression, that some measures would be taken to make the stay pleasant. I was mistaken! There was no water whatsoever. No bottled water provided, no wet wipes for a quick clean, not even for the single toilet that was used by all guests, which led to all doing their business on top of each other. I will not describe the smell... This is not acceptable! I understand there was a general issue with the water supply in the area, but providing 2 bottles of water per guest so I can brush my teeth, wash my face and pour water after myself into the toilet would have been the bare minimum.

Would never rent here.

Location was good for what we needed.

There was black hair on the pillow and bedside. Orange peals around the garbage. The shower also was hot for only a minute then got really cold. We also asked to check in 45 minutes early and they were going to charge us 24 euro to do so. So not very accommodating. I also didn't expect we would be sharing the space with so many other people, the listing could have been more clear.

Proximity to airport’s.

Good for an overnight stay; pretty Spartan and claustrophobic otherwise.

Did not have breakfast.

Plugs could be closer to a mirror. Could not find a plug for the hairdryer in the bathroom. The plug and mirror in the bedroom were not even remotly close. Trying to blow dry my hair was not easy!!!

Near Dublin airport. It was cheap

Bathroom smelt damp, room wasn’t locked when we entered and the check in process was excessive. Received a message day of check in saying they would assume we wouldn’t be coming in when we hadn’t filled out the online form. Had to send a photo of myself and my passport
