Would recommend to only my worst enemy, and that’s being generous.

Not a thing, aweful place becides the neiborhood and location

Everything, the couch bed was broken, bathroom was dirty and wet like someone had just showered and walked about with wet feet the second we checked in,

Didn’t meet acceptable standards

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my last stay at the flat, as my experience did not meet acceptable standards. Unfortunately, there were several issues: The toilet was dirty upon arrival, and there was no hand soap available. There was dust throughout the accommodation, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The property has two windows, but one shutter was broken. As a result, the room could not be properly darkened and early morning light came in, affecting sleep quality. The WiFi was not working. I reported this issue to the contact person, but I never received any follow-up or assistance. The check-in and check-out process was inconvenient, as the key pick-up and drop-off location was approximately a 15-minute walk away. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my comfort and satisfaction. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of your service and facilities.

Poor cleanliness and maintenance turned this apartment from a 4-star property into a 1-star experience!

The location is central, close to the Eiffel Tower and the other tourist attractions. There are many bakeries, restaurants, and shops nearby, and you can reach the park in front of the Eiffel Tower within just a few minutes.

• I thought the previous tourists were exaggerating in their reviews, but unfortunately the cleanliness was exactly as described and left a lot to be desired. • The host apologized, saying the housekeeper was sick, but I noticed previous reviews mentioning the same issues, so there has clearly been enough time to fix them, yet nothing was done. • I am attaching a photo of the toilet, which was also mentioned by another guest. Maybe this will motivate the host to finally clean it, because honestly it makes you want to vomit when entering the bathroom. • The dishes were greasy, and there was no small pot/kettle to heat milk. The TV remote control was missing, so the television could not even be turned on. • I reported all these issues to the host, but on Sunday and Monday, during the Pentecost holiday, there was no response at all, which showed she was also on vacation and did not care about our comfort. • The real address is actually 700 meters away, about a 10-minute walk from the one listed on Booking. The host justified this as a “security measure,” but it created problems for us because we had left our luggage near the address shown on Booking, in a luggage locker until the 3 PM check-in time, as they wanted to charge an extra 50 EUR to store our luggage in apartament, while the luggage locker only cost us 5 EUR per bag. Because of this misleading adress, we had to carry all our heavy luggage, on the streets to new adress. • The sofa bed was broken and kept collapsing to one side, so we had to place another mattress underneath it for support. There is absolutely no cooperation from this host; she simply does not care. It is a shame, because the apartment itself could easily be a 4-star accommodation if it were properly maintained.

This accommodation has everything to be a 4-star hotel: great location, good shower, but the floor is giving way and the sofa bed is broken. I would return for the price.

The location was great. But the pin location is very different from the actual properties location which is quite deceiving. Nevertheless, it is still close to the Rifell Tower.

Creaky floor.
