A beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse apartment. The apartment is 50 meters from the beach and faces south, ensuring sunshine throughout the day. There is a patio overlooking the communal pool, and a furnished sun deck with a private pool and barbecue area.
There are several bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance of the apartment. The residential complex and the beach across the street (Playa Cala Marques) are clothing-optional.
There is wheelchair access to the apartment from the communal garage via an elevator, but the only access to the private pool on the rooftop terrace is via stairs.
There is also a communal pool.
The pool maintenance crew must have access to the private pool through the apartment (twice a week during your stay).
Neither Rentmojacar nor its representatives are liable for any circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdowns, illness, draining the pool for necessary maintenance, closure of the pool by the homeowners’ association, or failure in the provision of any public service.
