Villa Cosima (the “sister” of Villa Vittoria) is located in a gated and therefore secure residential complex with very rare private, direct access to a fine-sand beach (free of charge) with amenities in the popular vacation destination of San Pietro in Bevagna in Apulia.
Villa Cosima is very well-maintained and fully equipped.
Thanks to solar panels, utility costs are very low.
There is a terrace and garden both in front of and behind the vacation home.
With approximately 80 square meters of living space, the first floor features a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a guest restroom, while the upper floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms.
All rooms are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows/doors featuring fly screens and roller shutters, each providing access to a terrace or balcony (some with ocean views).
