About this apartment rental
Our two-room vacation apartment with a terrace and lake view is located right on the shore of Lake Constance, in the Überlingen-Nussdorf neighborhood. It’s adjacent to a small park with a private swimming area in front of the house. In just a 2-minute walk, you can reach the boat dock for excursions to Mainau Island, Konstanz, Meersburg, and Switzerland. You can reach Überlingen’s Old Town in just a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute bike ride. Enjoy the Überlingen promenade or wander through the Überlingen weekly market. Experience the beautiful shores of Lake Constance, right from our house along the Lake Constance Bike Path with stunning views of the lake and the Swiss Alps, or enjoy the day on our vacation apartment’s lovely sun terrace overlooking the lake.
The vacation rental is furnished to a high standard with all amenities and features a bathroom that is also equipped for guests with limited mobility. It is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child in a rollaway bed and offers approximately 65 square meters of living space with a spacious south-facing terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment is non-smoking; smoking is permitted on the terrace.
