Parhaps the best loction in town with free parking place

The location of Bellavista is really great and view is amazing. Just a few steps and you are in heart of San Gimignano. The most important is parking place in th garage. It is located very close to the apartment.

If you want an apartment close to San Gimignano this is ideal in the cooler months

The location and views are amazing

We were aware of the lack of air conditioning but we were not made aware of hot it would be in the apartment as it gets sun most of the day, it was like a sauna! They had put portable air conditioners in the bedroom that helped but the main area and bathroom unbearable most if the day. We were given no information on arrival about the Wifi, the area or any local attractions. The lady was very nice but no information apart from apartment is hot 🥵 No basic items like olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar and only a few coffee pods. No lounge seating for more than 2 people

Incredible stay

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Thosts were super friendly and very easy to communicate with. We arrived a little early and it was no problem for the host. She met us outside the door and gave us a tour of the property. The property is well located right outside the city walls of San Gimignano. Everything is at your doorstep, grocery store, shops, restaurants and WHAT A VIEW! It felt like a dream waking up there every morning. We used it as a base and drove around Tuscany. The property had everything we needed to make delicious meals and coffee at the apartment. The Italian dream.

The apartment is located above a restaurant, from which you can hear the noise very clearly in the main bedroom. If you go to bed after 11:30 PM, this will not be a problem for you, as the restaurant shuts down and the staff leave by midnight. But for us early sleepers, this was quite a disturbance. We still loved our stay! Would just recommend earplugs.

An ideal place to stay when exploring San Gimignano and area.

This is a charming and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The view is just stunning! We loved the access to parking, screens on the windows (not common in Italy), a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The owner and co-host were attentive and kind. The location is perfect for exploring San Gimignano and area.

The road noise in the early morning was more than we expected. Just something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper.
