- New hotel with modern nice interior and rooms are very spacious. - receptionist was very nice - pool area is cute on the terrace.

-Our rooms smelled like smoke on the first day. -Bed sheets on our first night smelled bad and we requested them to change them, the same thing happened on the second day as the bed sheets smelled very bad and they had to change them once again. -Any room order takes over an hour (small things like dental kit took over an hour). - after several complaints, the manager, Juncal, advised that they will be refunding partial stay due to the bad experience, however, refund has not been completed yet (been over a month) and I have to follow up with their management to check on the status.

Good size of the room and good view

Lobby is not that good and breakfast prices is more than it worth

Good location and spacious room

The breakfast experience was substandard for the price we are paying, with a limited selection and low-quality offerings. Basic items like orange juice were unavailable, and guests were not informed about the availability of an à la carte menu. The service was slow, and to make matters worse, fresh fruits were cut using savory knives, resulting in a strange taste that made the fruits unpalatable. Delivery luggage took unnecessary long time to be delivered. The welcome at reception was not pleasant and at check out staff didn’t even say hope your stay was pleasant not ask about our stay. The hose in the bathroom was leaking. I experienced a lock malfunction that resulted in me being locked out of my room for over 45 minutes and no apology or acknowledgment was offered for the inconvenience caused.

Location near the Bahrain finacial harbour near a high way .. quick check in and less crowded brand new hotel

The Air conditioner had noisy sound and difficult to adjust it , no dressing mirror in the room with electric power to dry your hair, only 2 elevators in the hotel which is not enough, the sushisamba resturant food takes 45-60 min to serve and not delicious

Design

I liked how kind the staff were and the cleaning of the room. All my requests and most importantly the check-in/out were smooth and timeless.

The route and enterance to the hotel was confusing and the lobbey was a bit congested. There are no much variaty in resturants and activities inside the hotel and no kids garden.
