Fairway Flat – Stylish Blue Mountain Retreat Near Golf, Trails & Village
Welcome to Fairway Flat, a comfortable and beautifully appointed two-bedroom retreat in the heart of the Blue Mountain and Collingwood area. With approximately 900 sq. ft. of living space over two levels, this inviting vacation home offers plenty of room to relax while keeping you close to skiing, golf, beaches, hiking, dining and the Village at Blue Mountain.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private ensuite with a two-person jetted hot tub tub, and its own balcony—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and convenient access to its own bathroom.
On the main level, you’ll find an open and welcoming living space with a fireplace, comfortable seating and a Hammock and motion sofa for additional sleeping capacity. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from morning coffee to a relaxed dinner at home.
Step outside to your private patio and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is a wood fire pit for use at additional cost. Guests also have convenient parking, in-suite laundry, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs for streaming their favourite shows.
During the summer season, access to the nearby outdoor pool is available as an optional add-on from June 1 through September 30. Additional fees apply and pool access should be arranged before check-in.

-Quiet time 11pm-8 am
-Please respect your neighbours
-No unleashed pets outside
-please leave house as you found it t avoid additional cleaning/repair charges
-Early Check in, before 4pm and late check out, after 11 am are charged at $25 including HST for each hour. This however is not always available and usually cannot be booked in advance. Cleaning schedules and booking schedules often make early check in and late check out un available

Place is great. The location is literally perfect. All creature comforts just down the street. Yet one minute of walking and your on the shoreline. A minute of walking the other way and your in groomed hiking trails with nature and quiet. The place has everything you want to be comfy. Nice fireplace. Nice backyard area. Clean and cozy.
