The Tenuta Regina resort is located in the north of the Italian Adriatic coast near the Riserva Naturale Foci dello Stella nature reserve, in the village of Palazzolo dello Stella. The location is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Far away from mass tourism, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery here by the natural lake, at the organic swimming pool, or even at the edge of the resort’s traditional pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge. For an additional fee, you can enjoy a generous farmhouse breakfast featuring regional products in the breakfast room or have it delivered directly to your accommodations. A self-service bar offering beverages and regional products is open 24 hours a day. Bicycles can be rented directly on-site. Yoga and mindfulness classes, as well as massages, are also offered. In the camping area, there is a communal washing machine that you can use for a fee.

This beautiful and comfortably furnished apartment, measuring approximately 75 square meters and accommodating up to 6 people, features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living area that provides additional sleeping space for 2 people. The living area also features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an Italian espresso machine, and a refrigerator. You’ll also receive a small welcome kit containing dish soap, a sponge, a dish towel, trash bags, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. The living area is furnished with a table and chairs. Both bathrooms feature a toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer, and shower. The apartment is located on the first floor and has mosquito nets on the windows, air conditioning, and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. A communal grill is also available in the outdoor area of the apartment building. The accommodations are located approximately 500 meters from the main house and the swimming pools. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY

Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

The resort is located in the immediate vicinity of the “Foci dello Stella” nature reserve, which encompasses the Stella River and the surrounding lagoon area. Please note that there is no sandy beach here. The unspoiled coastal region can be explored by bike or canoe. If needed, you’ll find a beach in Lignano Sabbiadoro, approximately 30 km away.
POOL
The resort’s spacious water park is certainly worth mentioning. In addition to a classic swimming pool, the resort offers 3 bio-pools. One of these bio-pools is exclusively for children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the edge of the pools.
