Villa Conca Smeraldo is a bright, three-story villa built right on the sea, accommodating ten people. From Villa Conca Smeraldo, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the coastline. Villa Conca Smeraldo is approximately 200 square meters in size and features a private pool, panoramic private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please check the description below to see which rooms have it), heating, and Wi-Fi internet access.
You’ll be about 4 km from Amalfi, where you’ll find shops. The nearest restaurant is 600 meters away, the SITA bus stop is just a few meters away, and the nearest beach (Capo di Conca) is about 400 meters away, accessible via 200 steps. You’ll reach Villa Conca Smeraldo from street level by descending a staircase of about 22 steps. Due to its convenient location with just a few steps to climb, you may hear some traffic noise.
You won’t need a car to stay at Villa Conca Smeraldo. If you arrive by car, you can park for a fee along the public road (the actual distance may vary depending on parking availability) or in a public parking lot (since it is a public parking lot, it is not possible to reserve a spot).

Pool
You’ll reach the pool from Villa Conca Smeraldo by walking down a path that crosses the garden and includes about 60 steps. The above-ground pool is 4 meters wide, 6 meters long, and 120 centimeters deep. The area is equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs. From the pool, you’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. The pool is open from early May through late October.
Garden 1
The garden measures 100 square meters and is partially shaded by a pergola. You can reach it via an outdoor staircase, descending about 20 steps. It is furnished with sofas and armchairs, as well as tables and chairs. Here you can enjoy a game of foosball. You’ll also find a portable grill. From the garden, you’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.
Garden 2
The garden measures 100 square meters and is partially shaded by trees. You can reach it from the first garden via an outdoor staircase, descending about 20 steps. It is equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs. From the garden, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the sea.
Garden 3
The garden measures 100 square meters and is partially shaded by a pergola and trees. You can reach it from the second garden via an outdoor staircase, descending about 20 steps. It is equipped with sun loungers. From the garden, you’ll enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and the coastline.
Ground Floor Terrace 1
The first terrace measures 30 square meters. It is partially shaded by a charming portico. It is furnished with an L-shaped sofa. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a charming view of the sea and the coastline.
Living Area 1
The floor of the first living area is made of terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include an L-shaped sofa. The living area also features a kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas stove, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a moka pot, and a kettle. The dining table seats eight people. In this room, you’ll find a TV with satellite service. From the living room, you can access the terrace through a French door. The bedroom also has a small, tall window and is equipped with air conditioning/heating.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower stall. Here you’ll also find a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. You can access the bathroom through a hallway.
