Charming, authentic studio apartment in a 19th-century building
On the fourth floor (no elevator), this spacious, independent studio features a secure entrance door. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a single bed, and a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed for two people.
Small entryway with a desk for working. Bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
It’s very easy to store your clothes and belongings in a large closet.
Heating is provided by 3 radiators.
Natural light comes through the double-glazed windows. The studio faces an inner courtyard on the fourth floor; it is very quiet but lacks natural light.
For dining, exploring, and visiting the surrounding area.
The studio is located in the heart of Paris, near a shopping street where you’ll find all kinds of shops: bakeries, butcher shops, fish markets, wine and cheese shops, fruit and vegetable stands, and more.
It’s a lively neighborhood with many small cafés and restaurants.
The studio is a 12-minute walk from the Louvre Museum, a 15-minute walk from Beaubourg, and right next to the magnificent historic Vivienne and Passage des Panoramas galleries, which lead to the Grands Boulevards.
By walking through the neighborhood and the Jardin des Halles, you’ll arrive directly at the banks of the Seine, where you can take the Bateau-Mouche or visit Notre-Dame Cathedral, currently under reconstruction.
Everything can be visited on foot within a 20- to 30-minute radius.

We didn't stay in this unit, but got a last minute "upgrade" to another in the building due to an issue with the AC in this one ... the host was wonderful, and explained everything in detail ... the unit we got was reasonably clean but a bit cluttered, making us speculate that it may be occupied at least part time by the owners or their family. The location is quite convenient on a busy street but with the windows closed it was very quiet ... everything you need is within a few steps of the front door. As others have noted, it is a 4th floor walk-up and the beds are low to the ground, but it was not a problem (we are 72 and 65, reasonably fit). Would stay there again.

This VRBO was amazing!! It was conveniently located to the bus and metro, so it was easy to travel around the city. The room has AC, which was super nice during the 100F weather that happened during our visit. Everything was clean and ready for use! Highly recommend this rental, the host was super helpful with recommendations for things to do in Paris and super easy to communicate with during the stay! Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed our stay in Loredana’s property. The apartment was exactly as described and in a vibrant neighbourhood filled with cafes and restaurants. The apartment is within walking distance from major attractions. Loredana is friendly and happily shared her knowledge of the city and its attractions.

The room itself was ok but for older people, like my wife and I, it is not so comfortable. There was no indication that there were no elevators (and I understand) but the stairs were not very accesible to us (we are in our 80s) and going up and down so many times was actually painful for my wife. We actually forfited the last night due to this and got a hotel closer to the airport. Also the double bed was not confortable for us. But we did survive.
