The property was really well maintained. It has all you need for a long stay. It is clean and has a decent view of the swimming pool and the other buildings. The desk is handy for doing some work. Washing machine with some cleaning sachets, toilet roll and shower gel, etc. The bed is comfortable, with a dining table and full kitchen facilities. Air Fryer, cooker, plates, cups and cutlery. Also, I accidentally took the keys to the airport, and the host was understanding.
There was a dead cockroach above the air extractor. This property I liked as there was no roach problem (just a dead one from the past). Most apartments have a roach issue in Makati.

According to my Mother who spent two nights in here, it was such a pleasant place for her to relax during her stay. The staff were nice and reliable. The entire place was clean, quiet and comfortable. The lady I communicate about the booking details were professional and efficient.
None so far.
