The apartment is spacious and has plenty of storage, which was appreciated during our five-night stay. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants close by and within a short walking distance of the train, bus station and the ferry terminal. It was a lovely touch to have a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us on arrival.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The coffee machine had no pods at all, not even enough for the first morning. We were also provided with only one spare toilet roll for a five-night stay, and there were no spare rubbish or recycling bags. Overall, the supplies felt very basic and limited, which unfortunately meant the apartment did not give us the welcoming feeling we would have expected. These are small things, but having a reasonable supply of essentials makes a big difference, particularly when staying for several nights.
The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated. We had never previously experienced a system requiring photos of ourselves together with our passports/IDs. We then received a message saying that we needed to repeat the process, which was particularly frustrating. When you are preparing for a holiday and have a busy schedule, a simple and straightforward check-in process makes a much better first impression.
The noise from the bed and stairs, which another guest has mentioned, is still an issue. In particular, coming downstairs to use the toilet during the night was quite noisy and not very pleasant.
Overall, the stay was okay and the apartment has a lot going for it, particularly its size, storage and excellent location. With a simpler check-in process and more appropriate supplies of basic consumables, along with sorting out the noise made by the stairs, this could be a place when one would happy return to.

Great location, secure, and spacious rooms. Short walk to Como train station and the lake.
No real issues. The air conditioning was a little frustrating because the control only functions in certain setups but it eventually was resolved.
