This is offered as an optional add-on to your Park Place rental for your special occasion events. This barn venue cannot be rented separately and is only a rental option as an add-on with pricing based on season: - Memorial Day Weekend thru the end of September the rental of the barn is a one-time fee of $1795 along with rental of the house/property. - April, most of May and October thru December the rental of the barn is a one time fee of $995 along with rental of the house/property. - Additional Event Requirements: You will need to sign an Event License Agreement, Additional $500 Deposit, Cleaning & Refuse Removal responsibilities, 3rd Party Portable Toilet Facilities and Event Insurance. We just supply the Barn and it would be up to you to rent chairs/tables, tent, caterer, portable toilets (guests of event may not use the the bathrooms in the house as we have a limited septic system), etc. Between the parking lot and the driveway, there should be room for up to 30 cars, and if you use a valet service, you could squeeze more. The barn can seat about 20-25 people for a ceremony or "standing room" even more especially if you include the outdoor covered deck and add a party tent or just have the barn door open to the lawn space with a MAXIMUM of 70 people permitted for this Event Space. Other things to note With 47 acres of trails for your enjoyment, we require all guests to sign a Hiking Waiver.
