Charming and comfortable villa for 6 people in Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain, with private pool. The property is located in a coastal and residential area, close to restaurants and bars, and close to amenities.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy from a beautiful Mediterranean garden with lawns and trees, a wonderful fenced pool area and a terrace with barbecue/plancha and a water point. The comfort and proximity to beaches and places to go out make this villa the ideal accommodation to spend a holiday in Spain with your family or friends and even your pets.

Excellent holiday villa, absolutely as described and shown in the photos and Jacques and Nicole were a pleasure to deal with. Three good bedrooms with comfortable beds and air con, good sitting room with air con and with a smart TV and a TV box that has international channels. Well equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer and a separate small fridge so no issues with space for food etc.The outside areas and gardens are a real highlight, lovely new sitting area outside with a sofa and chairs, large pool with six loungers and a great covered terrace with sliding doors.Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return to the villa.

We stayed at this lovely Villa for 2 weeks with our dog. Big modern bathrooms, very comfortable beds. The pool and garden are fabulous. Lots of areas to eat and relax. Very secure, situated on a quiet street. Great communication with the host and agent, quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended and would stay again if visiting Javea again, thank you.

The Villa was perfect for our group, it was clean, spacious with air con in all the bedrooms and living room. The pool area was loved by our 2 grandchildren the gardens are also very well kept it’s also worth noting that the Villa affords plenty of privacy .All in all a very relaxing holiday.Thanks Jaques and Nicole.

My son and I had a wonderful week in Belle Villa. The facilities were better than advertised with the addition of a BBQ and a dishwasher. The villa is well appointed with plenty of kitchen equipment. There are a lot of places to sit inside and out. The air con is very good. Thank you Nicola for you support. Would definitely recommend and would come again. 5*
