About this house rental
The vacation rental is located in the Residenz am Kurhaus in Rerik, a very well-maintained complex, right between Salzhaff (50 meters from the promenade) and the Baltic Sea (150 meters from the beach). The vacation apartment measures 54 m², is located on the 1st floor, and is typically booked for 2 people. However, an extra bed can be added. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa.
On the balcony, you can enjoy the sun until the afternoon and the southeast-facing view of the boat dock on the lagoon. Our apartment is non-smoking. However, an ashtray is available on the balcony for those who cannot enjoy their vacation without smoking.
In the spacious living room, you’ll find a cozy sitting area with recliners, a sideboard with a TV and hi-fi system, including a CD player and DVD player, as well as a selection of CDs, DVDs, books, a collection of games, etc. Additionally, you’re always connected to the world online, as Wi-Fi is available.
The new dining area and kitchenette are comfortably furnished with dishes and all appliances (including a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove).
The bedroom features a spacious closet (with a safe) and two sideboards where you can store your vacation belongings and suitcases. The closet also contains a high chair and a travel crib. The double bed is equipped with height-adjustable slatted frames and comfortable mattresses
The hallway closet contains a vacuum cleaner, broom, and mop, should you need them. The bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, shelf, and large mirror, rounds out the space.
The Kurhaus on the grounds features a bakery with a café,

Sauna—open Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays,
Solarium—for a fee,
as well as a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
You can park your car for free in a private parking space in the underground garage.
