This space was exactly what we needed for the 5 of us. The property was clean and well-stocked with the basics. Views were great and only a few minutes away from downtown Estes Park! Would visit again.

Very clean with updates and new carpet throughout. Convenient to RMNP and anywhere in Estes Park. A little difficult to find at night with just the street address, ask for additional instructions if you are arriving after dark. Owner answered our call right away and got us right there when we missed the turn. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal, blankets & pillows on the couches. Elk in the mornings right outside our entrance!

Condo was very clean, cozy feeling but plenty of room, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with excellent shower, perfect kitchen. Location was great - convenient to town and RMNP, and in a beautiful setting, with bugling elk nearby! Wi-fi worked great for us, and we did steaks on the gas grill one night on the comfortable deck. Perfect Fall weather didn't hurt! Thanks for a great week.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great little condo. Although an older building, it is nicely updated and thoughtfully appointed.It was a little hard to find when we’re arrived in the dark, but just know you make the turn right in front of the lodge offices and the driveway is just ahead on the right.
Beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows.
The condo is located not far from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Many other reviews mentioned noice from weddings. I think there was a wedding or 2 each night we were there and yes, we could hear the music from the reception but it was always over by 11:00pm. If you think that might be a problem for you, just bring ear plugs.
We would definitely book again if we ever come back to Estes Park!

My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the location of the condo and the amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and dishes. The bedrooms were nice too, with lots of towels for bathroom use. My favorite things were the views of Lumpy Ridge. The master bedroom has a wonderful view, since it is on the second story. We had no problems. Will definitely consider another stay. Thank you.

My wife and son stayed at the condo for a 3 day/2 night visit, and everything was perfect. The condo was clean, well furnished, perfectly located just outside of town and suited all of our needs. Instructions were clear, and while we never had to contact the owner, we were confident that if needed, that any concerns would be addressed (given the multiple options for communication). Highly recommended!

Great location. Clean. Attentive property manager. Enjoyed the close location to grocery store and downtown area, less than a mile away and walkable and beautiful views. Also very close to great hiking trails. Would recommend.

Great location for RMNP, and quick trips into Estes Park. Would benefit from a few more directions to find condo, especially when arriving in the dark. Great provisions provided. Decent amount of linens for our 4 day stay.

The place is exactly as described. The view is absolutely beautiful and the condo is incredibly nice. It felt like being at home, only with a much nicer view. We saw elk and other animals from our porch. I don't think it was planned, but i have a 1 1/2 year old daughter and the place was relativity kid safe. Highly recommend if you're staying in Estes. It's minutes from evening, but still secluded.

Fantastic views from the balcony. We even had an elk by the condo. Place was immaculate. Only thing I would change is there are no locks on the bathroom doors. The sofa was very uncomfortable. We really enjoyed the condo overall. Thank you for such a nice property. God bless.

Location was perfect for wedding at neighboring Black Canyon Inn. Questions about location were immediately answered by host. Property was clean and presented as described. Beautiful views and close to Estes park and neighboring Rocky Mountain National Park. The only thing I would change is adding some black out curtains to second floor bedroom. A lot of light early in the morning .

This place was wonderful. It is VERY conveniently located near the main part of Estes Park, and last year when we stayed in a different house, we were snowed in for 3 days. This location is so close; you can climb over a hill past the rocky outcropping and walk directly into the back of The Stanley Hotel, seriously in 4 minutes. We were almost disappointed we weren't snowed in. The house is in a condo complex that is very quiet; I read reviews about a loud venue below. I believe they do weddings there but the location was very quiet for us. The condo is a split level on a second and third floor, so there are stairs, with snow shovels stored right there, but we never needed them. The home has 2 bedrooms; with the bunk bed on the same level of the kitchen/living/dining area, and the master bedroom and bath upstairs. There is no laundry, but you can drive to the Estes Park laundromat in mere minutes; it's just past the Visitor Center, and we were in and out in under an hour. The property is convenient to absolutely everything; has an Episcopalian church right next door (we didn't get a chance to go but I'm regretting that we didn't), and has plenty of parking. We particularly loved the kitchen/living area. Even when I was in the kitchen making dinner, I could be close to my family and continue to communicate with them (and still see the TV). There was a small issue with a piece of furniture, and the property manager came out immediately and remedied it in under 30 minutes. If you're traveling with children, make sure you visit the Visitor Center (across from the McDonalds) and do the Pika Scavenger Hunt (it's an amazing way to familiarize yourself with downtown in a fun way) and that you visit the Mustang Mountain Coaster. The property manager, Steve, always responded within minutes when I had questions. We would absolutely love to stay there again if they would have us.

The view from the deck was beautiful and and a condo had everything we needed. TV had specialties stations, like tennis and golf, but I couldn't get the basics like NBC. Master shower was so small I ball I kept hitting my elbows on the walls. I don't sleep well and the furnace was loud, so very little sleep while I was there.

The Condo was everything we could have asked for. Outstandingly clean, well furnished and with beautiful view. If there is any negative, it is the close location to the wedding venues. There was a wedding every night we were there, which increases both traffic and noise into the evening. Of course, this is not a reflection of the condo, or the owners. Only the location. And it certainly wasn't unbearable, but you do see and hear much more due to the wedding venues. Overall a great stay.

The condo was very clean and it was easy to check in. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the master bed was comfortable. The living area is small and uncomfortable and we did not spend any time there watching TV. The Main living area is also very hot with poor air flow. A couple of fans or windows that opened would have been nice. The kitchen was well appointed with cooking utensils and basic appliances. The view and location were pretty, but there are two facilities right across the street that hosted a wedding every evening we were there and there was music, shouting, and horns honking until close to midnight. No a/c so we had to keep the windows open and could hear it all. I would also say it’s not really easily walkable to town, especially if you have younger kids. There are no locks on any of the doors including the bathrooms. It was nice to have two bathrooms but the quality of the linens was poor and no “extras” that many hosts provide. Overall, it did the trick, but I don’t think I would stay again.

We had a great time in Estes Park. The property was as advertised and we enjoyed our time their very much. Also, the fully stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated.

This Condo was so perfect for our stay in Estes Park! It was very clean and well maintained. The beds, pillows, and bedding were very clean and comfortable. The pull out trundle bed was super helpful. Everyone in our party had their own bed, which is so nice and a little hard to find four separate beds. The little touches like a fully stocked kitchen, ie. pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, tin foil, plastic wrap, spices, coffee, tea, sugar, etc was very helpful. The cute decor touches were very sweet. We had plenty of nice fluffy bathroom towels, extra fans, blankets, games and books that all came in handy. The heat was not an issue with no air conditioning, as long as you opened the windows in the evenings. The living room was very spacious and comfortable for four adults. The TV worked great and had Netflix, Amazon, Youtube etc. The wi-fi was very helpful as well since cellular service is patchy. The location was so convenient to Estes and RMNP. The balcony and view were spectacular. We had condo C and the steps were not a problem for us at all. The parking is right next to the condo and private. There is a wedding venue just to the side of the condo across the street. It was a little loud for a few nights we were there but the noise died down as soon as it got dark. I believe there are noise restrictions in the area, so it was not too distracting. It is also located at the top of a hill and below this condo is several very nice condos. Be aware it is not completely secluded but much farther away from all of the hustle and bustle of Estes Park for sure. There are leaf blowers, garbage trucks and general coming and going happening at the condos below, but overall very clean and quiet. There is smoking allowed in the outdoor areas, balconies, property, parking area. The neighbors below us were smoking on the balcony the last night we stayed here. It might bother some. Steve was fairly prompt with his communication and very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Estes Park.

The condo was perfect for our family of five as we vacationed in Rocky Mountain National Park. Super close and convenient to the entrance of the park as well as Estes Park. Having 2 bathrooms was great and the WiFi reception was excellent which was a plus with our teenagers. We loved the view of the mountains! As mentioned in other reviews, there were a fair amount of stairs and no A/C. However, the stairs were no problem for our family and we even had a large cooler. The condo quickly cooled down once you opened the windows and the fans were nice to have as well. I would highly recommend!

We love staying at this condo! It was a perfect location for a short walk to downtown or a quick drive into the national park. The view from the balcony is beautiful! The condo was equipped with plenty of fans and blankets to make her stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Then, after we arrived back after the graduation party, my husband felt ill. I took him to the ER and his oxygen level was 60%. The doctor recommended we leave and go to a lower elevation. So we packed up our things and left early the next morning.
The Black Canyon area was beautiful, but it would be helpful in the description of the condo to describe the number of stairways. I realize that my husband's medical condition was no one's fault and that we would not expect a refund.
