We invite you to spend a pleasant time in this single-storey house, built in 2020.

The house is located in a very quiet street, is ideally located near the shops and the bus station stop, you can only get around on foot. You will find a bakery and a shopping center 1km away. The port of Pempoul is 2km300 away and the beach of Saint-Anne is 3km away.

House for 4 people + 1 baby maximum, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet, terrace and private garden, our pet friends are allowed (1 large or 2 small).
The house is on one level, only one function is to cross to enter the living room.

ENTRANCE: This entrance leads directly to the living room and consists of a coat rack.
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM (29m²): Kitchen open to the dining room, this kitchen is fitted and fully equipped. It includes a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, hob and extractor hood, sodastream, storage, manual orange press, chopper. The living room includes a sofa with coffee table and a television with TV decoder. The table is round and consists of 4 chairs.
There is a sideboard that contains games and other activities.
CELLAR: You will find the technical parts of the house (hot water tank and electric meter) as well as the cleaning products for washing machine, broom, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron, first aid kit, fire extinguisher...
BEDROOM 1 (9m²): It consists of two single beds (90x200) with a bedside table with a small light, as well as a dresser.
BEDROOM 2 (11.50 m²): It consists of a double bed (160x200) with a headboard, two bedside tables, two bedside lamps, a dressing room with plenty of storage space where you can store all your luggage, as well as a changing table.

HALLWAY – CORRIDOR (6m²): Consists of a workspace with a desk, a chair and a socket.
SHOWER ROOM AND TOILET (5.40 m²): This room consists of a toilet, washbasin, walk-in shower, towel rest and electric towel dryer.
TERRACE: It is located at the front of the house, you can access it through the bay window in the living room. It is fenced by a small gate and consists of a table for 4 people and a deckchair.
THE GARDEN: The garden is located at the back of the house by accessing it via the driveway of the house, lawn and clothesline. The key to the shed at the bottom of the garden can be given to you to store your bicycles for example.

Free parking and in a private driveway, possible up to 2 vehicles in a row on the driveway, possibility to park other vehicles nearby.

> Self-arrival with key box or welcome by the host if you request it.
> Necessary for a baby available (except bathtub): high chair, cot (bring a sheet), changing table.

> Sheets included. Towels available for rent at an extra charge of € 5.00 per pair (1 large and 1 small), please let us know in advance if you wish.

Our pet friends are allowed (2 small or 1 large), as long as you do not climb on the beds.
