The Salzburger Hof apartment building is surrounded by greenery yet still enjoys a central location. Karlspark, with its magnificent old trees, is right next door, while the Kurgarten—with its beautiful gardens, the graduation tower, and the Royal Kurhaus—is about 350 meters away. The Bad Reichenhall main train station is at the other end of Mozartstraße (about 250 meters away). A full-service supermarket, a discount store, and a drugstore are within 300 to 600 meters. The Schwabenbräu restaurant is about 150 m away, and the start of the pedestrian zone is about 350 m away. The apartments have been (partially) renovated in recent years. They feature a modern kitchen and, in some cases, new PVC flooring or carpet. All apartments have a small, covered balcony (renovated in 2020) with a mountain view. You have the option to reserve a 25 m² single room with a private bathroom for an additional guest. If you’re interested, please let us know in your inquiry. All apartments and single rooms are accessible by elevator. This is a smoke-free property. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Bed linens, towels, and dish towels are included in the room rate. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Free parking spaces are available right next to the building. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available on the first floor. A shuttle service to and from Salzburg Airport is available by prior arrangement. Arrival before or after the specified check-in times is possible by prior arrangement. On the day of departure, you can store your luggage in a lockable room on the first floor. A common room with access to restrooms is available. Your hosts live in the building and are available to assist with any problems or questions.
The approximately 38 m² one-room Apartment 206 accommodates up to 2 people. It is located on the 2nd floor, facing southwest toward Mozartstraße (where driving is prohibited at night), with a beautiful view of the Predigtstuhl, the Latten Mountains, as well as Staufen and Zwiesel. It is equipped with new oak-look PVC flooring, two separable double beds (100 x 200 cm), a cozy sitting area with wingback chairs and a table, a large built-in closet, a sideboard, and a desk with a flat-screen TV. There are plenty of easily accessible electrical outlets near the beds and by the desk. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2022. It is equipped with a large cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a basic set of pots, dishes, cutlery, etc. The bathroom features a toilet, bathtub, exhaust fan, and a hair dryer. The entryway includes a coat rack and a luggage rack.
