Room is very spacious and we got a very comfortable bed. We checked it late but no hustle, everything was just perfect.

Very good

The staff working at the reception and bar are always professional, respectful and considerate of the guests. The cleaner as well, they thoroughly clean the rooms.

More needs to be done to inform guests to minimize noise levels when walking by the corridors, especially in the early hours (e,g, 2am) it is really disturbing one's peaceful sleep

The receptionist was so friendly and helpful , the room is so clean Lovely environment and the stuff is very friendly Loved it and definitely going back

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Cleaning a little mediocre. Location isn’t ideal.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. The rooms were adequately sized to accommodate a family.

The sofas had stains and some kitchen cutlery had loose handles (a knife came off the handle which was a potential hazard). The cleaning was mediocre and could be better. The location wasn’t as ideal to buy some groceries so best be prepared coming in.

Incredible staff, friendly and caring. Room, good size but no window (well there is one, but can’t open it and is covered by a blind).. bed great.

Overall my stay was good

Very Clean, modern and the bedding is white and neat

The location is a turnoff because you can’t freely walk to the shops outside the hotel.

no one helped with my my bags nor took me to my room got a lot a few times used a shuttle to menlyn only to be told that the driver knocks of at five, that information could have been told when I booked for the shuttle

the room was spacious and clean, the items in the rooms was also well planned and very stylish. The information in the room was also helpful.

Broken glasses on the floor, my wife was injured by 1 glass. The aircon is working but making alot of noise.

It was an okay stay, but there are certain things that needs to be improved!

The room was spacious; The bed was comfortable and big enough for two people;; I liked that there was a fridge provided for in the room; The bathroom facility was spacious, neat and clean; The entertainment -TV- facilities was great;

Though I did not use dining facilities at the hotel, I was deeply dissatisfied with the morning arrangements for breakfast, that I actually left before ordering; There was only one person, who was the host and not the chef; pace to prepare was not time conscious and we saw that it will impact on our morning schedules.
