—awaits you in a typical Bavarian country house style. The house is located at the end of a quiet street, with no other buildings on the hillside, so you can access the network of hiking trails directly from the house.
The ski bus stop is only about 50 meters away, and you can easily reach the village center on foot in 10–15 minutes.
There are countless places to visit in the surrounding area. Lake Chiemsee is only 30 minutes away, and Salzburg is also a great option for a day trip.
The Austrian border is also right on our doorstep.
Reit im Winkl itself is situated at a high elevation and was designated a climatic health resort long ago.

The Alpstadl vacation apartment with mountain views features a large, sunny terrace surrounding the entire unit, facing southwest. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed (see photo). The living room features a panoramic dining area and a high-quality electric fireplace set against a wall of reclaimed wood. This combination lends the room a very cozy atmosphere. The sun-drenched dining table is perfect for social evenings and fun game nights. There’s also a modern kitchenette with a dishwasher, induction stove, and refrigerator, as well as, of course, a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment has its own basement storage area where you can store your ski gear or bicycles. You’ll also find our sled there, which you’re welcome to use for a sledding trip in the winter. A washer and dryer are also available. You can park your car in a designated parking space.

The local area offers excellent conditions for all winter sports. A small beginner’s ski slope is located right in town. Otherwise, the Winkelmoosalm and Steinplatte lifts are just a few minutes away.
Nearby ski resorts include Hochkössen (10 min.), Sankt Johann (25 min.), Wilder Kaiser (30 min.), Fieberbrunn/Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area (30 min.), Waidring (30 min.), and Kitzbühel (45 min.).
In the summer, there are beautiful hiking and biking trails, and numerous swimming lakes with excellent water quality invite you to take a dip in the cool water. In Reit im Winkl, there is a family-friendly outdoor pool on a large grounds, featuring slides, a beach volleyball court, and three children’s pools.
