The “Auf der Raun 6” vacation home offers exceptional space: 250 m²! That means plenty of space (for up to 14 adults plus, optionally, 3 children aged 0 to 3 in cribs) spread over 2 floors: 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms. Here, no sleeping space is double-used as a living room couch: The sunroom as well as the top (=3rd) panoramic floor, with its 60 m² loft-style living area plus open-concept kitchen offering endless culinary possibilities, provide space for undisturbed socializing.

in stunning surroundings! Upper Carinthia has a lot to offer: Lake Millstatt is Carinthia’s lake with the highest water volume (and famous for its edible fish); its water is of drinking-water quality, reaches a pleasant swimming temperature as early as mid-May, and features a regular ferry service that complements the hiking and biking trails along both shores. The peaks of the surrounding mountains (all 2,100 m high) are easily accessible via lifts, mountain roads, and hiking trails suitable for all ages. Seeboden borders the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Nockberge Biosphere Reserve. Even high-alpine adventures are not far away: the year-round Mölltaler Glacier ski area, the Reißeck–Maltatal power plant complex (which offers bungee jumping from Europe’s highest dam), or the Großglockner High Alpine Road.

Auf der Raun is a low-traffic cul-de-sac on the sunny hillside above the center of Seeboden. Our vacation home—nestled in a park-like garden setting—is 800 m from the main square and 1.3 km from the beach promenade.

The “Auf der Raun 6” vacation home: Plenty of space to unwind from everyday life!

Three stories, 250 m² of living space, a covered loggia, a large outdoor terrace—this multi-family home is tailored for larger groups of friends who value their independence. State-of-the-art home technology: motorized blinds, underfloor heating / night storage heaters, an air-source heat pump for hot water...
The top floor is reserved for socializing: a kitchen-diner, a large dining table with room for everyone, a loft-style seating area with leather armchairs, satellite TV, and comfortable individual seating areas by the panoramic windows for reading, relaxing, and reflecting... The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are located on the two floors below (middle floor and garden level), as are oases of tranquility such as a panoramic sunroom or a covered loggia.

Upper floor: Entrance from the driveway at “Auf der Raun 6”: loft-style living area with kitchen-diner.

All in all, the vacation home “Auf der Raun 6,” with its total of 5 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 14 adults plus up to 3 children in cribs (ages 0 to 3). On the top floor, social gatherings can sometimes continue late into the night without disturbing those who need a quiet rest.
