About this apartment rental
Villa Riedhart was built around 1890 by a local family doctor with great care and skill. The living environment is very pleasant thanks to the excellent construction of red brick and wood. Over the years, various parts of the building have been renovated, including the roof, windows, facade, heating system, and more. The attic apartment was built in 2000 and redecorated in 2024.
The Alpbachtal Seenland Card is included in the price. This card gives you access to many free benefits and services throughout the region.
In addition, the Brandenberger Ache, the Reintaler Lakes, the forest, and the Rofan Mountains are all just a few minutes’ walk away. You can set off on your bike directly from your front door in any direction. And the ski bus to the Alpbachtal stops just 70 meters from the apartment.
Various golf courses are within a 15- to 30-minute drive. And several exciting attractions await you in the immediate vicinity.

We’ve furnished the apartment with great attention to detail so you can enjoy your vacation. You’ll feel like you’re on cloud nine. The rooms are bright, airy, and feature many natural materials. Skylights offer unobstructed views in all directions and of the surrounding mountains. The living area features a large picture window facing west.
The two separate bedrooms and a large single bed in the loft provide plenty of privacy. It’s very quiet at night, and the windows have blackout blinds. The very large sofa is perfect for relaxing. A variety of books and board games are available.
The bathroom is accessible from two sides, and from the bathtub you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the starry sky.
Here, you’ll feel right at home even while on vacation.
