The bus stop is right next to the house with free transfer to the ski area.

The insider tip for winter sports enthusiasts who like it comfortable and are looking for a family atmosphere. And now, with the Lech - Zürs / Warth - Schröcken ski area connection, you have all the advantages of the largest ski area in Vorarlberg with over 190 km of slopes.

Our sunbathing lawn with barbecue facilities and a small playground are intended to contribute to your personal well-being and relaxation. Of course, your pets are also very welcome.
The hiking bus stop is right next to the house.
Our house is surrounded by a wonderful mountain scenery in the Unterboden plot (approx. 1 km from the village centre of Schöcken) and is an ideal starting point for hikes.
Costs on site: Our wellness area can be used free of charge (sauna, outdoor whirlpool, infrared cabin). In summer, you will receive the Bregenzerwald Card free of charge for stays of 3 nights or more. This allows you to use all mountain railways, swimming pools and buses free of charge. Pets are welcome.
Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departure from 08:00 to 10:00.
