It consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Amenities include fully soundproofed windows, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and air conditioning.
The location is extremely convenient within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL); it’s very easy to reach all amenities and the beach on foot in just a few steps. Loading and unloading is also convenient, just 10 meters from the apartment, thanks to the adjacent square where cars can access.
This is the ideal solution for a relaxing, worry-free beach vacation, whether for families or groups of friends.

Guests are permitted to use the entire house and everything inside it for the duration of their stay. The house is located on the second floor.

The Carboni family will always be present upon your arrival at our property to personally hand over the keys. We are also available to answer any questions you may have about the town of Castiglione della Pescaia and its amenities, as well as to offer advice on possible excursions in the surrounding area. Before, during, and after your stay, we will always be available via email and phone for any needs you may have, and during your stay, we can meet with you whenever necessary.

You will therefore be asked to pay the landlord the amount due in cash (which varies based on the number of people and the length of your stay) upon your arrival at our property.
