Location:
The vacation apartment is located near the Westerland Aquarium and in the immediate vicinity of the Südwäldchen, the dunes, and the beach. By bus, it’s just one stop from the Westerland train station (Bus Line 2—Lerchenweg stop); the Westerland pedestrian zone is an easy 15-minute walk away.
PLEASE NOTE: The elevator stops on the mezzanine level; from there, there are about 8 steps to the apartment’s floor.
Size:
2-room apartment, approx. 38 m². For two people (plus up to 2 children).
Amenities:
High-quality and tastefully furnished 2-room apartment in the southern part of Westerland in a very quiet location. The separate bedroom features 2 single beds and a large, spacious built-in closet. The living room has a sleeper sofa and access to the west-facing balcony. A special feature of the living room is an electric fireplace. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher and a microwave with a baking function.
A small dog may be brought along upon request for an additional fee.
Parking space No. 152, located diagonally across from the apartment on a parking deck, is included with the rental.
A washing machine and bicycle storage are located in the building.
Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.
Due to positive feedback, the laundry package is now included in the offer. If you do not wish to receive the linens, please explicitly cancel the order in writing no later than 48 hours before arrival. Thank you very much.
