My medical practice, the Insel Usedom Private Practice for Holistic Medicine, offers you the perfect opportunity to do just that.
Our beautiful, sunny 5-room apartment (No. 1) on the first floor, measuring 150 m², can accommodate up to 7 loved ones.
An initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the total price.
The spacious property features a communal seating and barbecue area, a covered bike rack, and charging stations for your e-bikes. There is one parking space available for each apartment.
There are a total of 3 apartments in the SeeZeit guesthouse. Apartments 2 and 3 are under long-term lease and are not available for vacation rentals.
Pets are not allowed.
SeeZeit Apartment 1:
Our beautiful and sunny 150 m² 5-room apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate 7 guests and is furnished in a colonial style. Enjoy the view of the two lakes—the Großer Krebssee and the Kleiner Krebssee—from the four nearly wraparound balconies (facing all directions). From every room in the apartment, you can see at least one of the two lakes.
In the large, fully equipped country-style kitchen, you’ll find an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Seating areas are arranged around the kitchen island, allowing you to enjoy the view of both lakes while you cook. The large living room features another spacious dining area.
Two of the bedrooms each have a comfortable 1.80 x 2 m double bed. The other guests can sleep in the single bed in the small third bedroom or in the fourth bedroom with a separate shower room on the first floor of the apartment.
Your bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower and bathtub, as well as a toilet and two sinks.
An initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as Wi-Fi access, are included.
From the garden, you have direct access to the Großer Krebssee. Additionally, the garden features a seating area with a grill and a beach chair for shared use.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
