Our 60 m² two-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
In the separate bedroom, a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) awaits you for restful nights.
The cozy living room is equipped with a spacious sofa set and a flat-screen TV. Above the living room is a 24 m² open loft. Here, the third and fourth guests can sleep on two mattresses placed directly on the floor. The ceiling height there is 1.70 m.
The modern bathroom features a shower and a freestanding bathtub, inviting you to relax.
The dining area is located in the fully equipped kitchen—with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, and toaster—ideal for shared meals.
From the kitchen area, you have direct access to the southwest-facing balcony, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
An initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as Wi-Fi access, are included.
