Spacious living/sleeping area with a double bed and a sitting/sofa area, separate kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower, small entryway, and a balcony facing the lake with a view over the houses in front to the sea. The apartment comes with a parking space. Storage space for bicycles and similar items is available. A sauna at Villa Germania is available for a fee. From the house, you can reach the town center and the famous Ahlbeck pier in about 3 and 5 minutes on foot, respectively.

It features a small entryway, a spacious living and sleeping area with a double bed, a cozy seating area, and a dining area.
