About this villa rental
You’ll be staying in a vacation rental with a fantastic ocean view in a historic villa right on the beach promenade of the seaside resort of Bansin. The vacation rental is located on the first floor and accommodates 2–4 people. The villa is equipped with an elevator.
A washing machine and dryer for general use are also available in the building for a fee. A parking space and a lockable bike storage room are at your disposal. The initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the total price.
Pets are not allowed.
Villa Strandklause, Apartment 5:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Strandklause and offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea from the loggia with its large picture window. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. It features a comfortable couch, a dining table, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi.
The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The first of the two bedrooms features a double bed, and the second bedroom has a fold-out bed. The bathroom features a shower/toilet and a hair dryer. A small side balcony overlooking the Ostesee is also part of the apartment.
Please note when booking: children traveling with you should be at least 7 years old.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
