Parking sécurisé.
Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été une succession de mauvaises surprises. Le manque d'entretien et d'hygiène est tout simplement inacceptable pour une location.
🚩 Propreté et hygiène (Le point noir)
Literie honteuse : Draps à la propreté douteuse, taie d'oreiller trouée, matelas tachés et, plus grave encore, une tache de sang sur la tête de lit.
Sanitaires : Aucune fourniture de base (pas de papier toilette, distributeur de savon vide). L'absence de balayette et les odeurs d'évacuation dans la salle de bain rendent l'espace insalubre. Les serviettes fournies étaient tachées (traces de javel).
Cuisine : Vaisselle sale et présence d'un bocal de nourriture périmé dans les placards. Le flacon de liquide vaisselle était vide.
🚩 Équipements et état général
Dysfonctionnements graves : Le chauffe-eau se met en sécurité toutes les 10 minutes, rendant l'accès à l'eau chaude quasi impossible. La porte du lave-vaisselle est cassée.
Vétusté et sécurité : Le volet de la cuisine est bloqué, celui du salon est inexistant, et les portes de placards sont totalement dégradées.
En résumé : Entre l'insalubrité et le manque total de maintenance, ce logement ne devrait pas être proposé à la location en l'état. C'est un manque de respect total pour le client.

A éviter, il y'a beaucoup mieux niveau qualité/prix
L'emplacement de l'hébergement est agréable et la décoration intérieure est bien.
(Attention cependant, une jolie décoration ne suffit pas sans un entretien rigoureux : les joints de carrelage blanc sont noirâtres dans certaines pièces et les plaintes sont pleines de poussière.)
Total + c'est la place de parking sécurisé.
Séjour absolument désastreux ! Malheureusement, tous les commentaires précédents concernant ce logement semblent tristement véridiques, et visiblement, aucune amélioration n'a été apportée. L'agence qui gère ce bien semble complètement désintéressée des problèmes rencontrés par les locataires.
Le ménage était plus que superficiel. J'ai passé trois jours à éternuer, peut-être à cause du polle den, mais la quantité de poussière sur le radiateur juste à côté de mon lit n'a certainement pas aidé. J'ai même découvert une serviette usagée sous le lit... charmant !
Ensuite, impossible de fermer le store du salon car il était démonté et posé sur la terrasse. Résultat : impossible de regarder la télévision dans le noir le soir. Parlant de télévision, impossible d'en profiter de toute façon, ni d'internet, car le câble fibre était littéralement coupé ! J'avais pourtant signalé mon besoin impératif de wifi dès mon arrivée et j'avais payé pour une prestation photo+vidéo transmise. L'interlocuteur m'a promis d'intervenir le lendemain, ce qu'il a fait... pour me confirmer que le fil était bien coupé ! Il m'a assuré qu'un technicien interviendrait au plus vite (probablement un technicien Free, vu le type de câble). Résultat : séjour terminé et toujours pas d'internet.
La cuisine n'était pas mieux. La vaisselle était limitée et le lave-vaisselle à moitié bloqué, donc corvée de vaisselle à la main. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : la chasse d'eau des toilettes nécessitait d'être tirée au moins quatre fois pour fonctionner correctement. J'ai même bricolé ! J'ai réparer une fuite du wc, mais malheureusement j'avais pas mes outils pour réparer également le réservoir d'eau qui n'est pas fixée.

Wir konnten die Interkunft nicht beziehen. Eine Kastastrophe.
Da man uns nicht die Schlüssel in vernünftiger Art und Weise übergeben hat, konnten wir leider die Unterkunft nicht nutzen und können dazu nichts weiter sagen.
Wir haben über 3 Stunden darauf gewartet den Schlüssel zur Wohnung zu bekommen. Uns wir nur immer wieder mitgeteilt, dass wir den Abholungsort für den Schlüssel wüßten. Dem war aber nicht so. Null Hilfsbereitschaft seitens des Vermieters. Einfach nicht zu empfehlen.
