The living room is a cozy and modern space, featuring a spacious open area that blends harmoniously with the kitchen thanks to a low wall with an elegant wooden ledge. The three-seater sofa is the centerpiece of the living room, inviting you to relax. Positioned in front of the sofa is a 50-inch smart TV that offers an excellent cinematic experience. The combination of neutral colors and soft lighting creates a relaxing and cozy atmosphere where you can spend pleasant evenings.

Bedroom
This double bedroom is furnished in a simple and elegant style. In the center of the room is a comfortable double bed, with a soft comforter and matching pillows. On either side of the bed, you’ll find two nightstands, each with a lamp for evening reading.
Against one of the walls is a spacious three-door closet, perfect for storing clothes and accessories.
The mirror is large and reflects natural light, adding brightness to the room. The walls are painted a neutral color, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this bedroom offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere

Small bedroom and loft
The bedroom with a loft is a cozy space with a unique atmosphere. On the lower level, you’ll find two comfortable single beds, each made up with soft sheets and blankets. Under the beds, there’s space to store luggage or other items.
There are also 2 pull-out desks and 6 drawers where you can store your clothes

The loft offers a separate area, with a queen-size bed located above and a well-lit desk. Here you can relax and read a book or work in peace. A sturdy wooden staircase allows you to access it easily

Bathroom
This simple bathroom is furnished in a functional way. The shower is located in a corner, with a shower pan and white ceramic tiles. Next to the shower is a sink with a mirror above it and a small shelf for items such as soap or toothpaste. Directly across from the entrance, you’ll find a toilet with a bidet spray, offering a practical solution for personal hygiene. The walls are covered in white tiles, which help create a bright and clean atmosphere. Overall, this bathroom is simple yet functional.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onward, giving you the flexibility to arrive at your convenience. To ensure a hassle-free entry, you won’t need physical keys. We’ve implemented a secure and convenient system with a unique access code that we’ll send you via text message before your arrival. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. The apartment is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator
As of July 1, 2019, a tourist tax of 1 Euro per person per night has been introduced in the Bracciano area, for a maximum of 5 nights, which is mandatory for everyone except children under 14 years of age. You’ll find a designated container in the living room where you can leave the money.
I’ll also ask you to send the documents for each guest (ID card or passport) via the Airbnb chat or to my private number.
