Welcome to this centrally located apartment building, which was completed in 2009. With a total of 7 cozy vacation apartments, it is situated in the heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, in a quiet location just about 300 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.
For your convenience, a parking space is available in the underground garage (entry height 2 m), from which you can easily take the elevator directly to your apartment. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the famous pier are just a few minutes’ walk away—perfect for relaxing days by the sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and a pharmacy, so you can easily access everything you need for your stay. The train station is about 800 meters away, making it ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
If you’d like to treat yourself, you can use the “Shehrazade” oriental wellness oasis—featuring a swimming pool, sauna, and much more—at the Hotel Pommerscher Hof across the street for a fee—a real highlight for those seeking relaxation!
Apartment 04:
With approximately 42 square meters of space, this modern two-room vacation apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment is located on the first floor and features a spacious corner balcony facing northeast and south—perfect for enjoying the sun and breathing in the fresh sea air. The interior is decorated in natural, warm colors, so you’ll feel right at home. The windows are equipped with electric roller shutters.
The open-concept living area with a modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and much more. In the living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, CD player, radio, and a dining table with four chairs. For additional sleeping arrangements, there’s a comfortable fold-out sleeper sofa (180x200 cm), ideal for a third and fourth guest. The bedroom features a large double bed and a spacious closet that offers plenty of room for your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and shower stool, and provides ample storage space. For families with small children, a travel crib (for a fee of 15 €) is available; please reserve it at least one day before arrival. A free high chair is also provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the apartment, so you can stay connected at all times. A private parking space in the underground garage (entry height 2 m) is available for your car. Bicycles can be parked in a bike rack on the property—unfortunately, there is no lockable storage available.
